By using Tammenny on WhatsApp or our website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

Tammenny provides preliminary medical guidance to help you understand the suitable specialty and urgency, find doctors in your area and send a booking request. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions.

Emergencies: call 123 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately; do not rely on the platform.

2. AI and its limits

Guidance relies on an AI model that may be wrong or misunderstand. For this reason we read the written radiology report only, not the scan image itself. It is advisory only; final medical decisions belong to your treating doctor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Doctors and bookings

Listed doctors are independent; we are not a party to the treatment relationship and do not guarantee availability or outcomes.
A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until the doctor or clinic confirms it.
Consultation fees are set by the doctor and paid to the clinic. Currently the platform does not charge you for using it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for abuse, impersonation, unlawful content or spam, and do not attempt to hack or disrupt it. We may suspend service to any number that violates this.

5. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but it may be interrupted or delayed for technical or external reasons (e.g., WhatsApp outages). We may change or discontinue the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from relying on preliminary guidance instead of medical consultation, doctor delays or unavailability, or service interruptions. This does not exclude liability where the law prohibits it.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms and post them here with the date. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and its courts have jurisdiction.
