You may ask us to delete the data Tammenny holds about you at any time.

How to request deletion

• On WhatsApp (fastest): send the message “حذف بياناتي” (“delete my data”) to +20 10 42196309 from the same registered number.

What we delete

• Your conversation history, triage/symptom data and summaries.
• Contact details, preferences and consents.
• Bookings linked to you (or anonymize them where retention is required).

Timeline

We verify that you own the number, then delete and confirm within 30 days at most. Encrypted backups may persist briefly before being overwritten automatically.

What we may be unable to delete

Data we are legally required to keep, or anonymized data that cannot be linked to you. Some data is held independently by other parties (e.g., Meta and the doctor's clinic) under their own policies.

Only stop promotional messages?

Send the word “إيقاف” (Stop) on WhatsApp to stop promotional messages without deleting your data.
